By delivering a home baked cake with ‘Thank You’ cards to the Fire Station you can show your #Gratitude to the incredible and hardworking fire service, who risk their lives for our safety on a daily basis.
The ‘Make it Bake it Take it’ activity is always one of our most effective volunteering opportunities. The fire services greatly appreciate all of the gifts they receive especially over the Winter Holiday period.
Covid note:
If you haven’t managed to find a local fire station on our website, you can still do this activity. However you will need to be in touch with your local fire station and co-ordinate it with them directly. They are very open to this activity in our many years of experience.
Please note: Fire stations are open 24 hours a day, however we recommend any time between 10.30am and 7pm. The dates are suggested dates only.
Please make sure that you tick the box ‘I am attending as a volunteer’.

As a courtesy please try to call the contact phone number on the day to let them know when you are arriving and for any questions that you may have. Sometimes it can happen that when you arrive or call, the members at the fire station will be unaware of this activity – please do not be alarmed, they are very open to this activity. If they don’t answer the phone, don’t worry they will still be happy to receive you.
