You will have all your baked goods ready to take to your chosen ‘Make it, Bake it, Take it’ activity! Bake for keyworkers including the ambulance service, firefighters and bin men. After you sign up you will receive zoom details, an ingredient list as well as a list.

About Shiri Kraus:
I’m a mum and pastry chef, and have lived in London for over 12 years. From my first foray into bread making, I found myself seduced by both the simplicity and complexity of baking. Passionate about culinary arts from a young age, I have studied and trained with some of Israel’s finest bakers. I’ve been a sous chef at some of London’s finest restaurants (Palomar, The Barbary) – and after becoming a head chef have decided to take a step back and return to my roots. My greatest passion is food education, and I am very fortunate to do what I love for a living. I bake bespoke cakes and cupcakes to order, from the freshest local ingredients.
